Gail Dady

Ms. Dady has been a Partner at DC Capital Partners since the firm’s inception. She has over 25 years of investment experience ranging from investment banking to private equity. Ms. Dady serves on the Board of Directors of all of DC Capital’s portfolio companies and  is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment activities.

She is also a partner in DC Country, a joint venture with Quartz Hill Music Group to support young artists launching their music careers.

Ms. Dady served for 20 years in the United States Navy where she served in a number of assignments including the staff of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Commander of Allied Forces Southern Europe, and the Department of State.

Ms. Dady serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S.-UAE Business Council, the Board of Governors of the Middle East Institute, the Board of Trustees of the American University of Iraq-Sulaimani, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.  Ms. Dady holds a B.A. from East Tennessee State University and an M.A. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. Ms. Dady served as a Federal Executive Fellow at the Center for International Affairs at Harvard University.
