    Grammy Award-winning songwriter Aaron Raitiere has become one of Nashville's most distinctive voices, blending unforgettable storytelling with humor and authenticity. He co-wrote the Academy Award-winning song "I'll Never Love Again" from A Star Is Born and has written songs recorded by Ella Langley, Riley Green, Luke Combs,  Miranda Lambert, Ashley McBryde, Midland, Lori McKenna, and many others, while also building an acclaimed career as an artist and performer.

    As Vice President of A&R at Republic Records, Preston Rodie works with one of the world's leading record labels, helping discover, develop, and guide the next generation of artists. With previous A&R leadership roles at Warner Records and RCA Records, Preston brings valuable insight into artist development, label strategy, and what record companies are looking for in today's rapidly changing marketplace.
