“As a born and raised Montanan, I've spent my life immersed in her waters, awestruck by her landscape, and nourished by her wild flora and fauna. I've pondered her history, and like those who came before me, and those who will come after me, I've watched it change.

For as long as I can remember, writing songs has been my path to explore and express the otherwise ineffable; the nuances of human nature, love, loss, heartache, the wonder of a birdsong, the encounter of a wild predator, the reverence of a solitary sojourn into mountains and our complex relationship with the natural world as a modern, mechanized, literate culture.

Over the 15 years of my career, I’ve performed thousands of times across the United States, Europe, Canada and many of the premier venues and festivals in Montana. I’ve shared the stage with national touring acts, released five studio albums, signed record deals, have had over one hundred song placements on network and streaming television, but most importantly, I've amassed a pile of compositions that ponder the landscape of the human heart, this wild place, and perhaps even the unseen stuff that ties us all together.
